WTF: City of Scranton now Bancrupt
In today's news the city of Scranton, Pennsylvania is down to it's last $5,000 to pay it's employees. The city has a 16.8 million dollar deficit that is either going to be filled by taxation or austerity measures. This story follows more municipal bankruptcies similar to Stockton, California.
